The staff are drawn from diverse backgrounds but all must show the care and dedication needed to earn a place at Bear Park. With increasing qualifications required by the NZ Government for staff, Bear Park actively assists existing and potential staff to reach the academic and practical levels required. Professional training is undertaken in several ways; with incentives and assistance offered to those who wish to excel.
