I have found my teaching niche with Infants and Toddlers and am passionate about building relationships with children and their families, listening to children, and seeing the world through their eyes. I am constantly in awe and wonder at how competent and capable they are. I learn new things everyday as I journey alongside children and observe their desire to discover. In 2009 I was fortunate enough to visit Reggio Emilia, the source of so much of our inspiration here at Bear Park. While not at work I enjoy spending time with my lovely husband, friends and family.

I have been a part of the Bear Park family since 2001, and I am still in amazement of the individual child’s wonder and self-discovery. I am very inspired by the Reggio approach and believe that all children are confident and capable learners. I was very lucky to be able to visit Reggio Emilia in 2006, and experience this special and amazing culture for myself. My weekends are spent enjoying time with my family, my husband Chris and our two precious children Cooper and Ruby, as well as many nieces and nephews.
