We have limited spaces available from 7.30 am to 8.00 am and 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm
The following represents the Centre’s policy regarding fees:
- Fees are to be paid weekly or monthly in advance.
- Fees must be paid by the seventh of each month to avoid a 10% penalty or alternatively by AP weekly.
- Fees are charged for statutory, school holidays and sick days.
- Holding Fee. Where a child is to be absent from the centre for a period of 2 weeks or more a holding fee of 50% of the child’s normal weekly fee is payable.
- Bear Park will be closed over the Christmas period and you will be notified annually of these dates.
- Every year Centre fees are reviewed in February and adjustments are applicable from the 1st of April. Parents are notified of adjustments in March.
- If you are paying with a company, trust account, or surname different from your child’s please print your child’s name on the back of the cheque.
- If you are paying with cash please place in a clearly labeled envelope and hand to either a Head Teacher or centre owner who will document it in the receipt book and get you to sign it.
- There is a $200.00 enrolment bond when enrolling your child to secure their position. If you are planning to withdraw your child from Bear Park you must give one months written notification to the supervisor. Your enrolment bond will be deducted off your final account if the correct notification procedure has been followed.
- If your child's position becomes available at Bear Park and you do not wish to accept it – your enrolment bond is non-refundable.
- Late fees. For children who are picked up after the sessions conclusion, their parents will incur a late fee penalty that is payable directly to the staff member on duty. The charge for this fee will be $2.00 for every minute late. They will issue you with a late fee slip, which denotes the amount owing.
- Change of sessions. If you wish to change your child’s enrolled sessions of attendance, you must fill out the appropriate “change of session” form and this request will be auctioned at the start of the following month depending on availability.
- Your child must be booked in for a minimum of 2 sessions.
