Our designer built Centre is nestled within an alcove of educational facilities, with the areas local kindergarten and Summerland Primary School beside us.
Open
ed as recently as February 2004, we cater for our children in aged appropriate classrooms, where the learning environment is full of exciting explorative educational encounters.
Each classroom has easy access to a natural outside area, where the children can extend their gross motor skills; experience the joy of sand play; design their own water board; go on a "Bear Hunt" or just have fun creating their own game with friends.
Our caring and passionate team of teachers support the child in their learning and encourage them in a positive and responsive manner to develop their ideas and skills further.
Everyone at the Centre contributes to making the atmosphere a noticeably warm one, where children can be themselves and develop in their own time and way. Communication is the key factor on all levels.
The emphasis on parents’ input is also vital to the centre’s success. Parent participation is valued and warmly encouraged. The Parent Committee acts as another voice for the general parent body, encouraging open, honest communication between the parents and Centre.
There are parent teacher evenings, regular newsletters and regular social evenings - an opportunity to meet other parents and have some fun.
