My name is Eileen Coghlan and I am Supervisor in the preschool. I am passionate about our centre and truly value children, teachers and parents as partners in meaningful learning. I am deeply inspired by our philosophy which emphasises the rights of the child, and that children are competent and capable independent learners. As well as this, I am a parent of two young sons, so i feel I have a sound awareness of parents' expectations for the care and education of their children.

Supervisor Nursery
Hello my name is Megan Kelly, I have been with Bear Park since 2008 and the proud supervisor of a very intimate and nurturing Nursery since 2010. I hold a Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) and my passion is with the Infants and Toddlers. I believe children learn and thrive through positive relationships, enriching experiences and an environment which supports their curious nature. As a teacher I am here to discover and play alongside children, to me this is the essence of teaching.

I've been a part of the St Heliers Bear Park family since September 2002.
My first 6 months saw me working with our 3 1/2 - 5 year olds which I thoroughly enjoyed. I was then given the opportunity to support my team as the Centre Supervisor, during this period I grew immensely professionally and loved leading a very committed and dedicated team.
In July 2006 I had a beautiful son, Harry. in November 2006 I returned to work undertaking a new role as Administrative Manager, which I still hold today.
Because of the diverse roles I've had at the centre I feeel I can offer so much more than 'just doing the admin' ... My favourite part of my job is the support I can offer the teachers due to my history. This position has also given me the flexibility to have a few days a week at home with Harry which I treasure.
