In-service Professional Development: Learn from your Bear Park colleagues and leadership team. Every 2 months, you are provided with paid professional development sessions led by the Bear Park team and external consultants.
External Professional Development: Be inspired by the latest research and topics in education. Additional development is offered to selected staff including external workshops, conferences and a one-week programme held in Reggio Emilia in Italy!
Leadership Development: A professional development programme is offered to staff members who are ready to progress in their teaching career, led by an external leadership training consultant.

Supervisor Planning & Development: Supervisors spend quality time off the floor for one day each week, plus monthly professional development at their level.
Quality Planning Time: You will have 3 hours of quality non-contact time with your team each week for collaborative planning and documentation. Covered by dedicated planning relief teams.
Wellness Programme: Join your teammates for a fun and informative evening focussed on your holistic wellbeing. Every 2 months, you are invited to attend a 2-hour wellness session led by an external wellness practitioner held at our Dilworth Avenue centre in Remuera.
